sugar – 100 g (3.5 oz)
melted dark chocolate – 100 g (3.5 oz)
hydrated gelatine – 10 g (0.35 oz) ( 50 ml (⅕ cup) water )
Ingredients for the glaze:
white chocolate – 100 g (3.5 oz)
caramel – 50 g (1.76 oz)
roasted almond flakes – 100 g (3.5 oz)
