New Recipe for Cheese lovers Paleo dieters, Keto dieters, and also all cheese lovers… A must try!!!

Ingredients:
200gm Cheddar cheese cubed
2 big red tomatoes sliced
2 BBQ wooden skewers
For Dressing:
2Tblsp Extra virgin cold pressed Olive oil
1 Tblsp Apple Cider vinegar
1Tblsp Lemon juice
1 Tblsp finely chopped garlic cloves
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp dried parsely flakes
salt as required
Direction:
Make 1cm thick slices of cheddar cheese.
Cut tomatoes into thick slices.
In a small bowl combine all the ingredients under dressing and mix well.
Thread the cheese cubes onto skewers alternating with tomato slices.
Place it in a plate and drizzle the dressing over the cheese and tomato and serve cold.
