Taco Bake:
Brown ground beef, drain off grease add taco seasoning and stir till combined.
transfer to bowl and add in 1/2-3/4 can of refried beans,
1/2 cup of sour cream and a big handful of shredded cheese (hot sauce optional). Stir till combined and add to baking dish. Add Velveta on top and Cook at 375 for 15 mins.
Chicken Wings in air fryer-
Pat dry and lightly spray. Cook at 360 for 12 min. take out and flip, cook for additional 12 mins.
