Amazing Breakfast recipe /Snack with 2 Onions & 1 cup Wheat Flour | 2 tbsp Oil Snack/ Wheat snack #lessoilbreakfast#wheatsnack#healthybreakfast

Ingredients
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
• Green chili – 1 tsp
• Grated Garlic – 1 tsp
• Grated ginger – 1 tsp
• Onion – 2 (chopped)
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
• Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
• Amchur (dried mango) powder – 1/4 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
• Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
For flour
• water – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1/2 tsp
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• wheat flour – 2 cups
• Oil – 1 tsp
• Heat oil – 1 tbsp
• Black Mustard – 1/2 tsp
• Curry leaves 10-12

Method

• Heat a pan/ Kadahi , put Oil – 1 tbsp
• Add Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp,Green chili – 1 tsp,Grated Garlic – 1 tsp,Grated ginger – 1 tsp
• Give it a nice mix
• Now add Onion – 2 (chopped),mix well and fry
• Add Salt – 1/2 tsp and mix well
• Cover and let it cook for 2-3 minutes
• Mix it well after 2-3 minutes
• Now add Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp,Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp,Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
• Amchur (dried mango) powder – 1/4 tsp,Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
• Mix everything well and fry for 1 minute
• Now add Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
• Mix well and Cover the lid and let it cook for 1 minute
• Take out and let the mixture cool down completely
For dough
• In a mixing bowl water – 1 cup,Sugar – 1/2 tsp,Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Mix well, and allow the sugar to melt
• Add wheat flour – 2 cups,Oil – 1 tsp
• Add water as required,Knead soft dough by mixing
• Cover the dough and keep it for 5 minutes
• Roll out the dough on a flat surface and make balls of equal size
• Roll it to make small thick chapatis
• Fill and fold the mixture
• Grease the steamer or pan with oil,put in steamer or pan
• Steam it for 10 minutes,Take it out after 10 minutes
• Heat oil in a pan – 1 tbsp , add Black Mustard – 1/2 tsp and Curry leaves 10-12
• give it a good mix, let it crackle
• put one by one
• Let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame from one side
• Flip and let the other side cook for 2 minutes
• cook from sides as well
• Delicious breakfast is ready
• Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice
