Ingredients:

For Powder Preparation:
=================
3 tsp Cumin Seeds
3 tsp Whole Pepper

For Rasam :
============
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
2 Dry Chillies
1 bunch Curry Leaves
2 tbsp Homemade Rasam Powder
Grinded Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida Powder
2 Tomatoes
7 cloves Garlic
1 cup Tamarind Water
Water as required
Salt as per taste

Steps:

Powder Preparation:
==========================
1. In a Mixer Jar, Add 3 tsp Cumin Seeds,3 tsp Whole Pepper
2. Grind all ingredients to fine powder
3. keep aside

Rasam Preparation:
===================
4. Take a Pan
5. Add 2 tsp Oil in Pan
6. Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds, once it tempering
7. Add 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp Asafoetida Powder, Sauté for 2 mins in low flame
8. Add 7 cloves Garlic Crushed, Saute for 5 mins
9. Add grinded Masala, 2 tbsp homemade Rasam Powder, Saute for 2 mins in low flame
10. Add 1 bunch Curry Leaves, Squeezed Tomato & Salt as needed
11. Saute all ingredients for 5 mins
12. Add lemon size Tarmarind Water, mix it well
13. Cook it until boiling reach
14. Once Boiling reached add few Coriander leaves for garnishing
15. Tasty Rasam is ready to serve.
