1 Cup Rice
¼ Cup Moong Dal
Soak With Water
Soak For 2 Hours
Wash Well
Pour In a Blender
½ Cup Water
Blend Smooth
3 Tbsp Capsicum
3 Tbsp Carrot
3 Tbsp Onion
2 Green Chilli
1 Tspn Ginger
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Salt as Per Taste
½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
½ Tspn Coriander Powder
½ Tspn Cumin Powder
2 Tbsp Curd
½ Tspn Baking Soda
Mix Well
Grease Oil in a Pan
Pour Batter
Cook For 2 Min.
Flip
Cook For 2 Min
