<p>Ultimate Chaffles Recipe (3-4 Chaffles)</p>
<p>2 large eggs<br />
1 cup grated Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzerella cheese<br />
1/2 cup almond flour<br />
1/2 t baking powder<br />
2 T Greek yogurt<br />
1 t lemon juice</p>
<p>Preheat Your Waffle Maker and spray with Avocado Oil.<br />
Using an immersion blender, combine the eggs, nonfat Greek yogurt, lemon juice, grated cheese, almond flour, and baking powder.<br />
Blend until smooth.<br />
If the batter is too thick, add 1–2 teaspoons of water until you reach a slightly thick, pancake-batter consistency.<br />
Evenly divide the batter among the 4 chaffle molds, or fill the mini one. Spread the batter to ensure it fills each cavity evenly.<br />
Close the waffle maker and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until the chaffles are golden and crisp on the edges. Adjust time if necessary based on your machine.<br />
Carefully remove the chaffles with a spatula or fork if you&#8217;re risky like me. Serve immediately or refrigerate. ENJOY!</p>

<p>Keto Peanut Butter Fudge<br />
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened and unsalted)<br />
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted<br />
3/4 cup powdered keto sweetener<br />
1 tsp vanilla extract<br />
Pinch of salt</p>
<p>In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.<br />
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed, adding more powdered sweetener 1 tablespoon at a time.<br />
Pour the fudge mixture into a parchment-lined 8&#215;8-inch pan (see video). Smooth the surface with a spatula.<br />
Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set. Slice into squares and store in the fridge for up to 1 week, maybe longer.</p>

1 11-Oz Container Duncan Hines Keto Frosting<br />
1 9-Oz Bag Bake Believe Chocolate Chips</p>
<p>Melt Chocolate in microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring after each 30 seconds until it looks like in the video. Remove foil from frosting container and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix with the chocolate, pour into parchment paper-lined container, smooth the top and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set. Slice into squares and store in the fridge for up to 1 week, maybe longer.</p>

<p>Y&#8217;all, these cucumber &#8220;shake salads&#8221; are taking over the internet, and for good reason. Today we are putting two of the most popular recipes to the test to see if they actually live up to the hype, and of course, I&#8217;m making a few #&#8217;keto adjustments to keep them #lowcarb and #highprotein.</p>
<p>We’re trying out the viral California Roll cucumber salad by Logansfewd (aka the &#8220;Cucumber Guy&#8221;)  and a delicious Peanut Chicken (or in my case, shrimp!) salad inspired by Marianna’s Pantry. They are quick, simple, and honestly&#8230; total taste bud bombs! So flavorful! If you&#8217;re looking for a portable, &#8220;addictively good&#8221; lunch that keeps you on track, you&#8217;ve got to try these!</p>
