Ingredients:
1 banana
1 egg
1 – 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
if you don’t like your brownies super moist, add 1 tablespoon oat flour
optional: 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

1. Mash the banana
2. Add the egg and stir to combine
3. Add the cacao powder and baking powder and stir until combined
4. Pour into a container lined with parchment paper. (Add the chocolate chips on top if you like)
5. Microwave for about 2 – 2 1/2 minutes (800W)
