Oil – 3 tbl spoon
Ghee – 1 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick – 1
Star anise – 1
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 2
Bay leaf
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbl spoon
Tomato – 1
Mint leaves
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Turmerci powder – ¼ teaspoon
Salt
Curd – 3 tbl spoon
