Mutton Kola urundai is a popular chettinadu cuisine recipe.
And usually we made it during some occasion. It can be served with some mint chutney..
Very good non veg starter. Just to avoid deep fry , we can shallow fry it.
Preparation Time: 30 mins | yield: 12 kola
MACROS:

Ingredients:
300gm Mutton minced
3 Tblsp sesame oil for shallow fry
1 Medium red onion finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
3 sprigs coriander leaf finely chopped
salt
to grind:
12 cashew nuts
5 garlic pods
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 inch cinnamon
5 cloves
Direction:
Grind all the ingredients under “to grind”.
Wash and drain well the minced mutton.
Mix all the ingredients mentioned along with ground powder.
Then divide into equal portions and shape as balls.
If the mixture is not very thick adjust by adding a tsp or 2 of almond or cashew nut powder.
For shallow fry you can use “paniyaram pan” .
