3 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 tsp. oregano, dried
1 Tbsp. basil, fresh
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3 oz. package thinly sliced pepperoni
Red pepper flakes, to taste
