Keto Recipe – Breadsticks

I based this recipe for the breadsticks on the same dough that’s used for keto pizza. There are a variety of flavor options available in the full recipe on our website. For this video I am making the basic Italian style. Enjoy!

Keto Breadsticks


2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (~8 oz.)
3/4 cup Almond Flour
1 tbsp. Psyllium Husk Powder
3 tbsp. Cream Cheese (~1.5 oz.)
1 large Egg
1 tsp. Baking Powder

Italian Style Toppings:
2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper

Nutrition Summary:
Italian Style: 238 Calories, 18.8g Fats, 2.6g Net Carbs, and 12.8g Protein.
