1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
BEAT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS
½ CUP CONDENSED MILK
½ TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
MIX
FILL THE MOULD WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM MIXTURE
COVER THE MOULD
KEEP IN FREEZER FOR 6 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT
CLEAR THE EDGES
CAREFULLY REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
CUT INTO SLICES
