Garam masala powder- 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Hot water- 3/4 cup or as required
Oil for greasing as required
~For Dip~
Tomato- 1 big size
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Garlic- 2-3 cloves
Oil- 1 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Asafoetids/Hing- 2-3 pinch
Curry leaves- 5-7
Salt to taste
Kashmiri red chili powder to taste
Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
