This is a recipe for gluten free and grain free rotis which is Paleo and also AIP. These rotis are a great low carb option. They are soft yet sturdy enough to be eaten with Indian curries and sabzi. IMPORTANT UPDATE(March 2019): This video shows Anthony’s Goods brand of cassava flour. However since posting this video, my experience with Anthony’s Goods brand has not been great. The texture of their product has changed a lot in the past 3 months and this recipe proportion (of cassava flour to water) does not work now with Anthony’s Goods. This recipe still works well with Otto’s Brand of cassava flour.
