Ingredients
wheat flour-1 cup
maida-1 cup
sesame-1 sp
Basil powder – 1/4 sp
curry leaves
salt
garlic – 3
red chilli-6
ghee
Method
1.Add 1 cup maida,1 cup wheat flour. mix it well
2.Add 1sp sesame
3.Add 1/4 sp basil powder
4.Add curry leaves and salt
5.garlic-3,red chilli-6,add 3 to 4 drops water .grind it as a paste
6.Add grinded paste to the flour.mix it well
7.Add little ghee or oil to it
8.Add little water and mix it
9.Make it as a dough
10.Add 1 sp ghee to it
11.leave dough for 10mins
12.divide dough it two halves
13.Roll ball.make it as thin strips
14.fry it in oil
15.take out when it is gold and crispy
