Now these recipes were prepared keeping in my and from the requests of many working moms, working women and even those who doesn’t want to cook so much yet taste has to never be compromised. But I Guess right now all have plenty of time at home right now.
Let us all thank the medical team who work on the front line 24hrs for this pandemic situation. Can’t thank them enough of the support they are giving us.
So these recipes are easy to prepare, you need just on pot to cook in and the dish is amazing.

GARLIC EGG FRIED RICE :
Indian garlic – 2 bulbs
Vegetable / Sesame oil – 1/2 cup
Eggs – 5
Soft Butter – 2 tbsp
Basmati rice – 1.5 cup( Cook and cool down )
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp or more
Noodles Masala pack – 1 pack
Coriander leaves / Spring onion – a handful chopped

MUSHROOM FRIED RICE :
Spring onion – 2 sprig
Garlic – 4 – 5
Green chillies – 4 – 5
Oil – 3 – 4 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Capsicum – 1.5 cup chopped
Mushroom – 10 bottom mushrooms sliced
Salt
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Basmati rice – 1.5 cu ( cook and cool down )

PANEER PASTA :
Paneer cubes – 500 gm
Ginger – a small pieces
Garlic – 5 – 6
Onion – 2 medium size sliced
Tomato – 3 small/2 medium
Marinade for pasta
– Kashmiri red chilly powder – 1 – 1.5 tbsp
– Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
– Salt
– Oil – 1 tbsp
Frozen peas – 1/2 cup
Oil – 3 – 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves – a handful chopped
Kashmiri red chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Garama masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Hot water – 5 cups or more to cook pasta
Pasta – 3 – 4 cups
Kasuri Methi / Dried fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp

HUMMUS PASTA :
Pasta – 3 -4 cups
Onion – 3 small chopped
Garlic – 4 5- chopped
Green chillies – 4 – 5
Butter – 3 tbsp
Hot water – 5 cups or more top cook pasta
Coriander leaves – a handful
Parsley – few
Salt
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Lettuce – 5 – 6 leaves or Spinach
Hummus – 1/2 – 1 cup

Cashews and raisins friend in ghee for a crunch
