Coco ball ( with citrus flavour)
Coco ball is a very tasty and healthy snack. Coconut has a lot of benefits in it.
Zest is a food ingredient that is prepared by scrapping the colourful skin of citrus fruits like lemon, orange and lime. Zest is added to give some flavour to food.
Ingredients:
1 cup freshly grated coconut
1/2 Tblsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cardamom pieces
Lemon zest 1 tsp
2 Tblsp desiccated coconut
Direction:
In a pan, fry Coconut in Ghee without changing its colour.
Add cashew nuts and fry for 1/2 more min.
Grind in a mixer and make a powder.
Wash a lemon and grate the skin , called lemon zest
Then add lemon zest into the coconut mixture and grind coarsely.
And divide into portions and make it as small balls.
Take few spoons of desiccated coconut and roll the balls into it.
Can store in refrigerator for 3-4 days .
