Recipe 2: Veg Kurma
1 cup Coconut, grated
8 Cashew Nuts
1 inch Ginger
4 Garlic Pods
1 Green Chilli
1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
1 tablespoon Oil
1 Bay Leag
1 inch Cinnamon
1 Cardamom
3 Cloves
1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
1 cup Onion

1 cup Water
2 teaspoon Tea Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 inch Ginger
2 Green Chilli

Batura
Ingredients
1 cup Plain Flour
2 teaspoon Rava (Semolina)
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoon Oil
3 tablespoon Yogurt
Water, lukewarm
