1 bowl Onion, chopped
Curry Leaves
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 big Potato
4 small Brinjals
1 cup Tomato, puree

Recipe 2: Karamani Kulambu
Ingredients
3/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
8 Red Chillies
14 Shallots
2 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
Cowpeas
Salt, to taste
1 cup Water
4 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
2 Chillies
1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
Curry Leaves
10 Garlic Pods
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 cup Tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup Tamarind Pulp

Recipe 3: Lobia Masala
Ingredients
1/2 cup Lobia ( Black Eyed Beans)
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic & Green Chilli (Minced)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 cup Tomato (Chopped)
1 tablespoon Jaggery (Powdered)
1 teaspoon Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Black Cardamom
4 Cloves
