KETO FUDGE POPS | SUGAR FREE FUDGESICLES | keto popsicle recipe

KETO FUDGE POPSICLES ARE CREAMY AND EXTRA CHOCOLATEY

These creamy fudge pops are the perfect summertime treat for those on the keto diet or if you are just looking for a sugar free dessert. In this video, I show you how to make these keto fudge pops in under 15 minutes. The popsicles do require you to freeze them overnight, but they are well worth it.

My kids went nuts over these keto fudge bars. Eight fudge pops go quickly in my house. But I don’t mind because these keto fudge popsicles are made with quality ingredients and are sugar free!

These keto fudge pops have a rich chocolatey flavor and are made with a pinch of salt. But don’t worry, it won’t taste salty…the salt is just there to bring out the chocolate flavor and enhance the sweetness, so don’t omit it!!

I use sugar free chocolate from ChocZero. This chocolate is sweetened with monk fruit and is 70% cocoa. It is the BEST keto chocolate I have tried. CREAMY KETO FUDGE POPS
Makes 8

6 oz sugar free chocolate
1 ½ cups macadamia nut milk (or nut milk of choice)
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup confectioner’s Swerve
2 tablespoons unsweetened, 100% cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
½ teaspoon salt

Place popsicle sticks in water a few hours prior to give them some weight so they don’t float up to the top of your popsicle molds.
Break up chocolate into chunks by grinding up in a blender.
In a small saucepan, bring the nut milk, cream, Swerve and cocoa to a light boil. Immediately remove from the heat and pour the mixture over the crumbled chocolate in the blender.
Add vanilla and salt to the blender. Blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into 8 popsicle molds. If you don’t have a mold, you can use dixie cups (3 oz paper cups). Just insert the popsicle sticks about an hour after they have been in the freezer so they will stand up straight.
Freeze overnight or for 24 hours.
Store pops in the molds or in a freezer safe bag.
