Keto Recipe – Low Carb Pancake Sandwich

I really wanted to share with everyone a recipe from my cookbook. It’s one of the fan-favorites when it comes to breakfasts, for both my readers and my own family. If you loved McDonald’s McGriddle Sandwich before you went keto, you’ll find this is an amazing low-carb copy cat!

Low Carb Pancake Sandwich

Ingredients:

The Pancake Bun
0.75 ounces pork rinds
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon heavy cream
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup (recipe here)

The Filling
2 ounces hot sausage
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 large egg

Nutrition Summary:
Each sandwich comes out to be 698 Calories, 54.95g Fats, 3.09g Net Carbs, and 41.91g Protein.
