Ingredients
RECIPE 1: CHANA ALOO WRAP
Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas) – 1 cup boiled
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp (Veg Mayonnaise Original from FunFoods by Dr. Oetker)
Aloo – 1 Medium (boiled)
Onion – 1 small (Fine chopped)
Tomato – 1 small (Fine Chopped)
Salt – as per taste
Red Chili powder – ½ tsp
Chaat Masala – 2 tsp
Tortilla – 1-2
Oil – 1tbsp
RECIPE 2: CHICKPEA TIKKI
Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal) – 1 cup
Potatoes (Aloo) – 2 Big (boiled and mashed)
Salt – As per taste
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 1-2 finely chopped
Coriander – fine chopped Gram flour
(Besan) – 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp (Veg Mayonnaise Original from FunFoods by Dr. Oetker)
Oil – to fry
RECIPE 3: CHANA SANDWICH
Bread Slice – 1-2
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp (Veg Mayonnaise Original from FunFoods by Dr. Oetker)
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1 pinch Onion Slice – 3-4
Tomato Slice – 3-4
Cucumber – 3-4
Salt – as per taste
