Recipe 1: Bhindi Masala

200 grams Okra/Bhindi
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
Salt, to taste
3 teaspoon Coriander Powder
2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/8 cup Water
1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala

Recipe 2: Vegetable Jalfrezi
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 inch Ginger (Julienned)
3 Red Chillies
3 medium Onion, sliced
Salt, to taste
3 Green Chillies, slit
1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 tablespoon Coriander Powder
1/2 cup Cauliflower, boiled
1/2 cup Green Peas
1/2 cup Baby Corn
1/2 cup Carrot
1/2 cup French Beans
1/2 cup Mixed Bell Pepper
1 cup Tomato, puree
1 tablespoon White Vinegar
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
Coriander Leaves

Recipe 3: Dhaba Style Dal Tadka
Ingredients
1 cup Tur Dal
2-1/2 cups Water
Salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 tablespoon Ghee
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
Curry Leaves
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli, crushed
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1/2 cup Tomato, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 Red Chillies
1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

Recipe 4: Veg Biryani
Ingredients
1 Cup Basmati Rice
10 Mint Leaves
10-15 pods Garlic
3/4 Fennel Seeds
4 Green Chillies
1 Star Anise
1 Cardamom
1 Clove
1 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Ghee
1 Bay Leaf
1 teaspoon Jeera
1 big Onion, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Sambar Powder
1/2 cup Green Peas
1/2 cup Carrot
1/2 cup French Beans
1 Potato
2 cups Water
1 cup Cauliflower
