1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida

1 Red Chilli
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic & Chilli, crushed
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
1/4 cup Tomato, finely Chopped
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 cup Lauki, peeled & cut
2 cups Water
Coriander Leaves

Recipe : 2 Veg Fried Rice
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic, chopped
2 tablespoon Onion
1 teaspoon Ginger, chopped
1 small Green Chilli
2 tablespoon Carrot, finely chopped
