Note :
1.If you feel dough sticky while kneading mix flour in little quantities and knead further.
2.Cookie will be slightly soft when it is hot. The texture turns crispy when it comes to room temperature.
3.You can add ghee or dalda instead of butter but do not use oil.
4.The baking time differs from one particular brand of oven to other. So keep a check on that.
5.Do not keep dough in freezer for more than 15 minutes.
