Homemade Custard Trifle
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Cream ¼ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 4
-Caster sugar 1/3 Cup or to taste
-Corn flour 1 & ½ tbs
Marshmallows Cream:
-Marshmallows 1 & ½ Cups
-Chocolate chips 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
-Biscuits of your choice
Directions:
-In pot,add milk,cream,vanilla essence and whisk well.
-In bowl,add egg yolks and whisk well.
-Add caster sugar and whisk well until well combined.
-Add corn flour and whisk well.
-Add ½ Cup of hot milk mixture in a bowl and whisk well.
-Gradually add this mixture into hot milk mixture and whisk continuously and cook until it become thick and creamy.
-Let it cool.
For Marshmallows Cream:
-In marshmallows,add chocolate chips and water,microwave for 30 seconds then whisk well and again microwave for 10 seconds and stir well.
-In zip lock bag,add biscuits and crush well & set aside.
-In serving bowls,add crushed biscuits,prepared custard,dry nuts and top with marshmallows cream.
-Decorate with white chocolate & serve.

-Bowl mein anday ki zardi dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Caster sugar dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Corn flour dal ker whisk ker lein.
-1/2 Cup garam doodh mixture ko bowl mein dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Thora thora ker ka is mixture ko garam doodh mixture mein daltey jayein aur musalsal whisk karein aur garha & creamy hunay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
For Marshmallows Cream:
-Marshmallow mein chocolate chips aur pani dal ker 30 seconds kliya microwave karein phir ache tarhan whisk ker lein,dubara 10 seconds kliya microwave karein aur stir ker lein.
-Zip lock bag mein biscuits dal ker crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Serving bowl mein crushed biscuits,tayyar custard,dry nuts aur marshmallows cream dal dein.
-White chocolate sa decorate ker ka serve karein.
