Crispy Potato Wedges | Easy Potato Snacks Recipe | Chetna Patel Recipes

Crispy Potato Wedges Ingredients :

Take a Pan and add
1 lit – Water
Let Boil

Take
4 no – Potato ( Big )
Cut into wedges and Put into Chilled Water

Above Wedges Put into Boiling Water and add
1 tsp – Salt
Boil till 60 % and Strain it and Wash in Chilled Water and Let Cool Properly and Freez it 1 hour and add or Sprinkle
1 tbsp – Cornflour
Mix it and keep aside

Batter :
1/4 Cup – Corn Flour
1/4 Cup – Maida
1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste
1/2 tbsp – Chilli Flakes
1/2 tbsp – Oregano
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp – White Pepper Powder
Mix with Whisker and add
1/4 Cup – Water and Whisk Properly
2 tsp – Parsley
And mix it and Keep aside

Now Take Above Wedges and deep into batter and Fry it in High Flame
( Immediately don’t turn )
Fry till Golden ( Double Fry )

Cocktail Dip :
2 tbs – Mayonnaise
2 tbsp – Tomato Ketchup
1/2 tsp – Mix Herb or Oregano
1/2 tsp – Chilli Flakes
Mix everything

Serve with Dip and Salsa
