Breakfast Fried Rice (4 Servings)
8 Eggs
2 Carrots
1 Cup of Frozen Peas
1/2 Yellow Onion
1 Green Giant Cauliflower Rice (340g)
4 Slices of Bacon
1/4 Cup of Coconut Aminos
Salt & Pepper

Tuna Salad
1 Can of Tuna
2 Stalks of Celery
1/4 of an English Cucumber
1/4 Cup of Red Onions
1 Tbsp of Avocado Oil Mayo
1/2 Cup of Plantain Chips
Salt & Pepper

Chilli (4 Servings)
454g Lean Ground Beef
1 Large Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 Can of Tomato Sauce
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Orange Bell Pepper
2 Stalks of Celery
2 Zucchini
1 Sweet Potato
3 Tbsp of the Chilli Seasoning Mix

Chilli Seasoning Mix (10 Servings)
1 1/4 Cup of Chilli Spice
1/4 Cup of Ground Cumin
1/4 Cup of Oregano
1/4 Cup of Sea Salt
1 Tbsp of Cayenne

Almond Butter Cups

Almond Butter Layer:
1/2 Cup Almond Butter
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

Chocolate Layer:
1/3 Cocoa Powder
1/3 Coconut Oil
1/3 Almond Butter
