Single serve healthy desserts are delicious and perfect for easy healthy desserts. All of them are paleo dessert recipes and healthy desserts for one too. Single Serve Apple Crisp
– 1/2 apple
– 1/2 tsp tapioca flour
– 1/2 tsp vanilla
– 3 tbsp almond flour
– 1 tsp coconut sugar
– 1 tbsp chopped pecans
– 1 tbsp coconut oil
350F 25 minutes

Single Serve Brownie
– 2 tbsp almond flour
– 1 tbsp cacao
– 1 tbsp coconut oil
– 1/4 tsp vanilla
– 1/2 tsp maple syrup
– dairy fre chocolate chips (optional)
– pinch flaked salt
350F for 10-12 minutes

Single Serve Pumpkin Cake
– 3 tbsp pumpkin
– 2 tsp coconut oil
– 1/4 tsp vanilla
– 1/8 tsp pumpkin spice
– 1/4 tsp baking soda
– 2 tbsp coconut flour
– 1 tsp dairy free chocolate chips
350F for 12-14 minutes
