2 Yummy Snacks Recipe

Ingredients:
Deep Fried Noodles
2 maggi noodles bundle
2 tastemakers
3 tbsp chopped onion
2 chopped green chilies
2 tbsp fresh coriander
1 tsp chili flakes
½ tsp roasted cumin
2 whisked eggs
3 ½ tbsp corn flour

Ingredients:
Chicken Potato
3 boiled potatoes
1 cup shredded chicken
2 chopped green chili
1 tsp roasted coriander
¾ tsp garam masala
¾ tsp pepper
4 tbsp fresh coriander
¾ tsp salt
2 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp ap flour + water

Instructions for deep fried noodles:
1. boil Maggie noodles with tastemakers and set aside once cooked
2. In a bowl, mix chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, chili flakes, roasted cumin, cooked Maggie noodles and whisked eggs
3. Bind with corn flour
4. Deep fry until light golden brown
5. Ready to Enjoy!

Instructions for 2nd snacks
1. Mash boiled potatoes
2. Mix in shredded chicken, green chilies, roasted coriander, garam masala, pepper, fresh coriander and salt
3. Bind with corn flour then create any desired shape
4. Coat in ap flour mixed in water
5. Coat again in crushed Maggi noodles
6. Deep fry until light golden brown
7. Ready to Enjoy!
