The Mean Fiddler is a complex creation from the team at Dead Rabbit in New York City. It combines herbal, sweet, smoky, bitter, spicy and aromatic flavours for a cocktail with great depth and intricacy.

INGREDIENTS
– 30mL Irish Whiskey (1 oz)
– 22.5mL Green Chartreuse (¾ oz)
– 22.5mL Sweet Vermouth (¾ oz)
– 15mL Islay Whisky (½ oz)
– 15mL Campari (½ oz)
– 1 Barspoon Cinnamon Syrup
– 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients to your mixing glass
2. Stir for 30-40 seconds
3. Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
