Ingredient:
for the batter:
2 egg whites (per dosa)
1 tsp coconut flour ( per 2 eggs)
salt
for the masala:
2 egg yolks
1 tsp oil
1 Tblsp chopped onion
1 Tblsp chopped tomato
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
coriander leaves
salt
Direction:
Separate egg whites and yolks.
Mix egg white , coconut flour and salt in mixie and beat for 5-6 secs and keep.
Heat oil in a pan add onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt and fry.
Add egg yolks and mix well and keep it aside.
Heat a dosa pan and spread the batter like usual dosa.
Add a tsp of oil around it.
Turn to the other side to cook for few secs.
Take the yolk masala stuff inside.
Serve hot with chutney , sambar.
