In order to make this recipe eggless, substitute eggs with flax eggs in the same proportion. Let us learn how to make this for a guilt free dessert binge.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup wholewheat flour
Method –
1.Beat both the butters together so that they mix well.
2.Add the eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
3.Add the extract and mix well.
4.Then add the brown sugar which has been powdered, in two parts and beat thorougly.
5.Finally fold the wholewheat flour into this batter, spoon it into a greased baking pan and smoothen the top.
6.Add cranberries on top.(optional)
7.Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes, at 175 degrees C.
8.Slice and serve.
