INGREDIENTS
8 to 10 lbs Fully Cooked Ham ( I used bone in ham)
2 – 20 oz cans of Pineapple slices
12 oz of pineapple juice (I used juice from cans)
8 oz to 10 oz jar of Maraschino cherries
2 oz (1/4 cup) of juice from cherries
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
1 packed cup light brown sugar (dark sugar works too)
4 oz (1/2 cup) honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
toothpicks for pineapple slices and cherries
***TIPS***
For a bone in fully cooked ham, cook 15 to 20 minutes per pound
For fully cooked boneless spiral cut ham, cook 10 minutes per pound
Baste every 20 to 30 minutes to help keep the meat moist
FOR A SHINEY GLAZED HAM LOOK
add 1/2 cup of honey and 1/2 cup brown sugar to exterior of ham,
before adding pineapples and cherries
