Coriander Seeds – 5 tbsp
Bay leaf – 1 Nos
Cloves – 2 Nos
Cinnamon – (Small Size) 1 Nos
Coconut – 5 Tbsp
Curry Leaves – 7 to 8
Asafoetida – 1/2 tbsp
Dried Chillies – 10 Nos
To Saute :
Oil – 4 Tbsp
Mustard Seed – 1 tbsp
Urad Dal – 3/4 tbsp
Curry leaves – 7 to 8 Nos
Asafoetida – 1/4 tbsp
Small Onion – 30 Nos
Tamarind Extract – Medium Size Lemon
Tomato – 2 Nos
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tbsp
Salt – 2 tbsp
