The Boston cocktail is a citrusy and tart gin-based cocktail with underlying and lingering apricot stone fruit flavours. It’s a great drink to showcase your chosen apricot brandy. Note that the recipe may need adjusting depending on the chosen apricot brandy (liqueur) as they will vary in sweetness.

INGREDIENTS
– 45mL Gin (1½ oz)
– 45mL Apricot Brandy (1½ oz)
– 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice (¾ oz)
– 7.5mL Grenadine (¼ oz)
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a slice of apricot
