375° 13 x 9 baking dish
1 lb Penne – cooked & drained
3 C Chicken – diced
6 Tbsp Butter
4 Tbsp Flour
2 tap Garlic – minced
1 C Heavy Cream
3 – 4 C Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
3/4 C Parmesan Cheese – grated
2 C Mozzarella Cheese – shredded
1 Tbsp Parsley – chopped
Cook pasta and set aside
In large saucepan melt butter, add garlic and cook 1 – 2 minutes. Whisk in flour and cook 2 – 3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, whisking constantly until thickened, add 3 cups of milk and stir until thickened add salt and pepper to taste. Add parmesan cheese, mix well. If you need to thin out the sauce add more milk.
Pour sauce over pasta and add chicken and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, toss until well mixed.
Pour into 13 x 9 baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly. Top with chopped parsley.
