FOUR APERITIVO SPRITZ COCKTAIL RECIPES to enjoy this Summer

I have four Aperitivo Cocktail Recipes for you to help you prepare for the summer and enjoy an afternoon sip.

In many parts of Italy, the Spritz are a trendy and simple mix of aperitivo and wine or Prosecco. Slowly the Spritz starts spreading around the world and become the one we know today with massive help from Davide Campari. The most popular Spritz these days is the Aperol Spritz. The Aperol Spritz by far is not a creation of the 21st century. The people in Italy enjoyed the Aperol Spritz since the 1950s when Aperol Spritz became a popular alternative to the usual Venetian mix of white wine and soda.

As you know, many bars and restaurants serving the Spritz in Whine Glass or Goblet but in Italy and especially Venice the bartenders prefer serving the Spritz in Thumbler-shaped glass.

I want to introduce you to four of many Aperitivo Spritz Cocktails recipes and the one I love making at home during summer days to enjoy in the afternoon.
