Avocado Chicken Burritos:

Ingredients:
2-3 lb of Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Water
Avocados
Tortillas
Pepper Jack Cheese (or favorite cheese)
Optional: Bacon, Ranch

Instructions:
Cook chicken in Instant Pot, make sure you add 1/2 cup of water, and put the lid on.
Turn the knob to sealing, cook for 25 minutes (because they are frozen!)
When the chicken is done cooking, turn the knob to venting, open it up and shred the chicken.
Slice avocado into a few slices. Take tortilla and lay it out, lay down your favorite cheese (1-2 slices). Add chicken and avocado.
Optional: Add bacon for crispier taste, and ranch for a more creamy texture. Fold in the sides, and roll up the tortilla. Spray with a little cooking spray.
Push the saute button on Instant Pot, wait until warm, and add the burritos into the Instant Pot.
Let them cook for a few minutes!

Sausage, Beans and Potatoes:

Ingredients:
Olive Oil
1/2 Onion
Chicken & Apple Sausage
4 Potatoes (any type of potato)
1 cup Chicken Broth
28 oz. Green Beans (Fresh or Canned)

Instructions:
Push the saute button on your Instant Pot. Add a little bit of olive oil. Add the half onion, and mix it up until it starts to smell fragrant.
Chop up the sausages, dump them on top of the onions.
Chop up the potatoes and dump them into the Instant Pot.
Add chicken broth and green beans to the Instant Pot. Mix. Put the lid on, be sure the knob is turned to sealing, push cancel button, press pressure cook, cook for 7 minutes. Release the pressure. Enjoy!

Healthy Lettuce Wraps:

Ingredients:
1 jar of your favorite salsa (16oz)
Ground chicken or turkey
Cauliflower Rice

Instructions:
Press saute button. Wait until the pot is warm, and add your meat. (Optional: Cook your meat ahead of time in a skillet)
Make sure the meat is browned and ground, add cauliflower rice to the meat. Mix it around. Add the salsa. Put the mixture onto the lettuce wraps!
