Hi everyone, today’s baking recipe is spring onion bread – garlic dinner rolls.

Spring Onion Bread
Dough
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
1½ tsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 large egg
42g (3 tbsp) butter, melted.
125ml (1/2 cup) milk
1 tsp salt

Butter mixture:
1 stalk spring onion, finely chopped.
3 tbsp softened butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic granules/powder
Dried parsley for topping

Baking time: 20 minutes
Baking temp: 200°C, preheated oven.
An oven may vary

Roti Daun Bawang
Adonan
250g (2 cangkir) tepung serbaguna
1½ sdt ragi kering instan
1 sdm gula pasir
1 telur besar
42g (3 sdm) mentega, lelehkan.
125ml (1/2 cangkir) susu
1 sdt garam

Campuran mentega:
1 batang daun bawang, cincang halus.
3 sdm mentega cair
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt bawang putih butiran/bubuk
Peterseli kering untuk topping

Waktu memanggang: 20 menit
Suhu memanggang: 200 ° C, oven yang sudah dipanaskan.
