Chicken Stuffing Bake:
2lbs chicken tenderloin
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1/4 cup milk
1 6oz box of stove top chicken stuffing mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
Optional cheese
Preheat oven to 375. In a medium bowl whisk together the cream of soups and milk
Place the chicken in a greased 9×13 baking dish, salt and pepper on each side. Pour the cream of soup mixture on top of the chicken. (Optional) add 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on the cream of soups.
Add the box of stuffing on top
Drizzle the 1/2 cup of chicken broth on top
Bake covered with foil for 40 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes
