Trini Fry Bake Recipe – Baking Powder Vs Yeast

Some people swear by making fry bake with baking powder, some people swear by yeast and some recipes call for both baking powder and yeast. This is my kitchen experiment to see which one of these leavening agents make for a better fry bake.

My ideal fry bake must be golden brown and crisp on the outside with that signature puffed up oval shape that creates the perfect pocket. With a light and fluffy dough consistency on the inside.
