Today, I’m sharing with you my 5 favorite keto meatball recipes – Italian, pizza, taco, buffalo chicken and Asian meatballs!

All of these keto meatball recipes are made with ground pork rinds and different kinds of meat – ground beef, pork and chicken. But you can substitute them with your favorite protein.

Each meatball recipe can be made in the air fryer, oven or fried on the stove top. These best keto meatballs are very easy to make and make the best keto meal prep recipe because they are simple to prepare and are freezer friendly.

In this video, I show you how to make keto meatballs, keto taco meatballs, keto pizza meatballs, keto buffalo chicken meatballs and keto Asian sesame ginger meatballs. Many of these recipes have recipes to sauces that you can cover or dip your meatballs in.

***COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL MEATBALLS***
AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat air fryer to 400 while you are preparing the meatballs. Air fry at 400 degrees for 6-7 minutes for until the interior of the meatball is cooked through.
OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Place meatballs on a parchment lined baking tray and bake in a 400 degree oven for 9-12 minutes or until cooked through.
STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: Heat a couple tablespoons of avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs in a single layer in the skillet. Space about 1 inch apart – do not crowd the skillet. Work in batches. Cook meatballs on all sides until browned on the outside and cooked through in the interior.

BASIC AIR FRYER KETO MEATBALLS
(MAKES 40 MEATBALLS)
1 lb ground beef, 80/20
1 lb ground pork
2 c ground pork rinds
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c finely chopped onion
1/3 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 c chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 t salt
1 t black pepper

MACROS PER MEATBALLS
Calories: 85 Fat 6.7g Net Carbs 0.3g Protein 6.1g

KETO TACO MEATBALLS (makes 40 meatballs)
2 lb ground beef, 80/20
2 c ground pork rinds
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c heavy cream or sour cream
1/3 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c chopped cilantro
2 T low carb taco seasoning
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 t salt
1 t black pepper

Dipping Sauce
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c salsa
2 t hot sauce

MACROS PER MEATBALLS
Calories: 91 Fat 7.2g Net Carbs 0.7g Protein 5.9g

KETO PIZZA MEATBALLS (makes 40 meatballs)
1 lb ground beef, 80/20
1 lb ground pork
2 c ground pork rinds
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c low sugar pizza sauce
1/3 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c chopped mushrooms
1/4 c mini pepperoni
1/4 c chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c diced black olives
1 T dried basil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 t salt
1 t black pepper
MACROS PER MEATBALL
Calories: 86 Fat 6.8 Net Carbs 0.4 Protein: 5.9

KETO BUFFALO CHICKEN MEATBALLS (makes 20 meatballs)
1 lb ground chicken
3/4 c ground pork rinds
1 egg
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1 celery stalk, finely diced
2 T parsley
2 T coconut flour
2 T ranch dressing
1 t salt
1 t garlic powder
1/2 c buffalo sauce
MACROS PER MEATBALL
Calories: 59 Fat: 3.2 Net Carbs: 0.9 Protein: 6.3

KETO ASIAN MEATBALLS (makes 20 meatballs)
1 lb ground pork
1 c ground pork rinds
1 egg
1/3 c minced green onion
3 T grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 t toasted sesame seed oil
2 t liquid aminos or soy sauce
1/4 t salt

Asian Sauce:
1 Tavocado oil
1/3 c liquid aminos or soy sauce
2 T rice vinegar
1 T golden monk fruit
1 t peanut butter
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
MACROS PER MEATBALL
Calories: 79 Fat: 6.2 Net Carbs: 0.6g Protein: 4.9g
