आज मुग्धा ताई घेऊन आल्या आहेत पोहा भजी रेसिपी

Poha Bhaji – पोहा भजी Ingredients:

1½ cup Flattened Rice (soaked)
3 tbsp Gram Flour
2 Tbsp Rice flour
Curry Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Carom Seeds
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
Garlic (crushed)
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tsp Sugar
½ cup Sweet Corn (crushed)
1 Potato (boiled and grated)
¼ cup Coriander Leaves
Salt (As per taste)
Water (As required)
Oil
3-4 Green Chillies (slit)
Salt (As per taste)

It is a popular snack food in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Assam, West Bengal and Odisha in India, it is also very popular in Pakistan and can be found for sale in street-side stalls, especially in tapris (on streets) and dhabas on highways.
