Recipe – 1 -MungDhal Dosa

Soak
Yellow MungDhal -1 Cup
for 1 hour.and grind it with
Ginger -1 piece
Green Chillies -2
add Salt and Asafoetida
No need to ferment make Dosas immediately
Serve with Chutney

Recipe – 2 Mixed Dhal Dosa

wash and soak
Idli Rice -1 cup
Raw Rice -1/2 cup or any rice
Channa dhal-1/2 cup
Toor dhal -1/2 cup
Urid Dhal-3 tbs
Mung Dhal -2 tbs
Red Chillies -6
once soaked grind it add
Asafoetida
salt
Curry leaves
coriander leaves
mix well and make dosa.

Wash and soak
Green gram -1 cup
Raw Rice -1 cup or any rice
soak for 2 hrs
grind it with
ginger – piece
green chillies -6
add salt and Asafoetida make dosa

Recipe – 4 Quinoa Dosa

Quinoa -1 cup
Channa Dhal -1/2 cup
mung dhal -1/4 cup
urid dhal-1/4 cup
wash and soak with
bkack pepper -1 tsp
cumin seeds -1 tsp
fennel seeds -1 tsp
cinnamon sticks
once soaked grind it to a coarse batter.
