Suji/semolina 1 cup
Milk powder 1/4 cup
Powder sugar 1/3 cup
One egg
Mix well
Dough form
Rest for 5 mins
Grease hands with oil
Slightly hot oil
Fry until golden brown medium flame

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
