RECIPES:
Loaded French Fry Hotdish:
1 pound lean ground beef with onion
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 lb frozen mixed veggies
1/2 cup cheese
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
fries on top with salt
top with cheese
Bake at 350 for 45 mins to 1 hour until bubbly
Ham and Scalloped Potatoes:
6 russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
3 TBSP flour
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
garlic powder
1/2 cup cheese
3 cups milk
top with more cheese
Cover with tinfoil and bake at 375 for about 1 hour until potatoes are soft. Remove tinfoil and broil for the last few minutes to brown cheese.

Taco Pasta Bake:
Leftover taco meat
1 jar sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 box rotini pasta, cooked
2 cups cottage cheese with egg and parsley and italian seasoning
Layer all together in a baking dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
