Kachumber Salad

Ingredients
1 no – Reddish ( Remove Skin and Julian Cut thick )
1 no – Big Cucumber ( Remove Skin and Julian Cut )
1 no – Big Onion ( Slice – Julian Cut )
1 no – Big Carrot ( Remove Skin and Julian Cut )
1 no – Big Capsicum Julian Cut
1 no – Tomoto Julian
1 no – Red Chilli Slice thin Julian Cut
2 no – Green Chilli Chopped

Every thing make a Two Part

Take a 1 Part in Bowl
Mix everything
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp – Black Salt
1/2 tsp – Chaat Masala
1 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
1 no – Lemon Juice big or 1+1/2 tsp Juice
1/2 tsp – Mint Chopped
2 tbsp – Corainder Chopped
Mix and Serve

Tangy Salad or Khatta Meetha Salad

Take a above 2nd Part
40 gm – Tamarind
1/4 Cup – Water
Soak 2 hours into Warm Water and after that Squeeze it n Make a thick pulp and add
1/4 Cup – Jaggery
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp – Kasmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tbsp – Mint Chopped
Mix Properly with hand ,Mix till Jaggery Melts
and above 2nd Part Vegetable
Mix with hand Properly ,Lastly add
1 tbsp – Corainder Chopped
and mix properly and Serve
