Ingredients:
for the dough:
warm water – 280 ml (9,46 fl oz)
yeast – 5 g (0.18 oz)
sugar – 10 g (0.35 oz)
Hydrate the yeast for 15 min

salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
flour – 370 g (13 oz)

for the sauce:
olive oil – 50 ml (⅕ cup)
garlic – 3 cloves
parsley and dill – 25 g (0.9 oz)
parmesan – 25 g (0.9 oz) + 10 g (0.35 oz)
melted butter – 75 ml (2.25 fl oz)
Tray diameter 26 cm (10.24 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
